Some simple changes, and addition of historical events.

Fixes for Issue #5

Changes ->

Added sample.env file for people to test run changes made to bot.

Renamed a file which had a capitol letter to match naming conventions of the rest of the files.

8a48eab -> file Creation due to renaming

df2b2ef -> file Deletion due to renaming

Added data to the historical documents.

Fixed too long historical tweets.
