docs(data-point): add versioning in docusaurus

Add versioning in Docusaurus so that we can update the documentation for new versions of data-point while keeping the documentation for older versions. This is also very useful when working on a new unstable version (like the current canary release), so that it will be evident to the user which version the documentation is referring to.
