[BUG] No games launch with standard proton, only proton GE

Describe the bug Proton does not give whatever files are required to allow for VR, GE does.

To Reproduce Play game with proton It will never find the headset, you wont even see a next up notfication Use GE Game makes it to headset

Expected behavior Game to work in headset

I'm also having the same issue with every game I tired, namely Beat Saber, Pistol Whip and I Expect You To Die 2. I didn't try with GE.

I'm not sure about other games, but to play 'Beat Saber' you need to downgrade it. To do this, right-click on the game in your library, go to 'Properties,' then click on the 'Betas' tab. From there, select the 'legacy_unity_...' from the drop-down menu.
