[TF2] tf_scoreboard_mouse_mode centers screen

The mouse input in the scoreboard has been enabled by default since the 10 October 2024 patch. However, using the cursor will center the player's camera after exiting the scoreboard, causing feelings of "camera snaps" and seems very unnatural.

Same issue on mode 2, but it only does this if the mouse was activated by clicking, and then it centers after the subsequent opening of the scoreboard.

Also with mode 2, both left and right click also activate the mouse mode. I don't know if that's intentional, as CSGO/2 only did it on right click which I find more reasonable.
