Describe the bug

• When using Microsoft Pinyin (Input Method Editor) in VSCodeVim, the prompt bar keeps moving, making the content unclear.
• But if the VSCode version is before 1.63.2 or when VSCodeVim is disabled, the prompt bar will not move.

To Reproduce

• The prompt bar of Microsoft Pinyin keeps moving （VSCodeVim Enabled）

Expected behavior

• The prompt bar of Microsoft Pinyin is fixed （VSCodeVim Disabled）

• Extension (VsCodeVim) version: v1.23.1
• VSCode version: 1.70.0-insider, This problem has existed since version 1.64.2
• OS: windows11
