永远这个情况…… 永远以其自己的名义公布vtb人设（cv4062953）只是最近几天的事，还没有以vtb身份传过视频或者直播过，不过她（可能）因为是前新科娘配音演员的原因莫名其妙在还没有开播的情况下涨了很多粉并被刷了不少礼物 :-/ 知名度（或者套用维基百科术语，“关注度 notability”）确实是有了，至于内容/形式上……~~光有文章形式的人设介绍暂且还不算吧……~~

如果要设准入门槛的话，比较可行/合理的准入门槛可能包括 - 至少有1个虚拟主播形式的视频（虚拟主播怎么定义？）（所谓AI虚拟主播要算到里面吗？！！！！）或者有可靠证据表明以虚拟主播形式进行直播（考虑到即使是直播为主的虚拟主播也会至少传一个自我介绍，要求有一个视频应该不过分；更何况直播没有直播历史记录，不方便查证） - 至少有1,000粉丝（或者其他可以衡量知名度的指标，例如播放量，硬币，上舰？不过感觉都不如看粉丝数量好） 😕
