[FEATURE] Make the hotkeys clearer and easier to find while labeling

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The hotkeys are a great feature of UDT. But, they are buried in Setup > Advanced.

Describe the solution you'd like Would like the ability to view and edit the hotkeys while in the labeling interface so that I don't have to stop labeling and go into the Setup panel.
