Saving issue Windows

It seems to be the same issue as the #309 issue, if I use save no annotations are saved but if I use save as the file is updated.

As the issue is closed, I guess the issue is solved, I would like to know in which release the fix has been released because I have saving issues with the 0.13.4 version of the Desktop app on Windows 8.1 but not on Ubuntu.

As there is an import issue with 0.14.1 on Windows is 0.14.0 safe to use on Windows.

Hey @thomasryck, our CI will actually automatically report the version where this is fixed (it's a pretty cool bot from semantic release). Thanks for reporting, we're going to be working on this today in the hackathon!
