FIX: Renaming an input action should not consider action being renamed for uniqueness
Description
Renaming an input action in the input action asset editor would consider the item being renamed for uniqueness, instead of ignoring it, so an input action named 'A' could not be directly renamed to 'a' and instead would become 'a1'.
Changes made
The action being renamed is now ignored when searching for unique input action names.
