MFDataset is not working with RAPv3 model- Index Error

Hello,

It seems as if MFDataset does not like the RAPv3 model. It worked for v1 and v2, however all of the data after the upgrade to v3 generates an index error: list out of range. Is there a reason for this or a way around it?
