Add Grid.concave

We support and expect to deal mostly with convex grids; however. support for concave grids in the future can also be good for additional use cases.

Add a Grid function (or maybe a propoerty) that checks and indicates if the grid contains concave faces. If this is true, then some Grid operations may require alternative algorithms.
