Thermostat Card update

Current thermostat card has no options to control fan speed and swing mode for contitioners (and thermostat popup also can't do this), so you still need to use default controls to do it. It would be awesome to get ulm_card_thermostat_enable_fan_speed and ulm_card_thermostat_enable_swing options to get these controls on a card
