Non responsive Embed-Url/ File-upload menu in phone screens

Issue Description

On screen widths less than 500px, the Embed-Url/ File-upload menu is non-responsive, making the content difficult to read and navigate.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the editor on a device with a screen width less than 500px or resize the browser window to less than 500px width.
2. Click any media insertion option from Slash Menu
3. Observe the overlapping elements.
