Hey it would be cool if we used some ai to write code for scratch and use a feature that convert the code to editable scripts i know you cant import scripts so my solution is creating script and then exporting it as sprite that would help us a lot I am not asking for making ai i am asking for text to script and script to text generator

no. AI takes way too much server power, and you cant make an AI that easily. It takes a lot of work and would be mediocre at best.

Smalruby is a scratch mod that has a ruby-to-scratch and scratch-to-ruby feature. Is that what you're talking about?
