Inform about missing package

When there is missing package: tcpdump or windump, packetWhisper silently continues.

  • Automatically removed trailing whitespaces.
  • Changed this behavior to early exit, to inform end user about missing package.
  • Added autodetection of system that packetWhisper is running on.
