Include "Selawik" Font as a font-family fallback

Description

Since Segoe UI is not redistributable, I think it would be a good idea to include Selawik as a Font Fallback to increase support for other Operating Systems that don't have Segoe UI installed like Android, Linux, IOS and MacOS.
