npm packages updated

Hi Mark,

I updated the too outdated npm packages, webpack version etc... It was a big change, because of there were so much breaking changes. Vue and JS is compiling, webpack and plugins are working. But there is some issues left in the compiled main.js. Please check it, and fix it, if you know. I'll continue to commiting, my goal is to updated .Net Core 2.0 to 2.1 besides the npm packages.

Thank you for this apologies on the delay! I'll have to definitely double check and make sure everything is update and release a new version to Nuget/etc!
