Add webview package to dependencies

Web View has been depriciated from core react-native and needs to be added from a new package called react-native-webview

@usmanfaisal60 when can we expect this fix in the react-native-highcharts package, as our apps are using react-native-highcharts and its in production , kindly help us with this ASAP. @developtradingpal

This PR is incomplete, you also need to update react-native-highcharts.js to import WebView from react-native-webview
