This error: Essentials.PlayerAccountModule: WARNING! UserXXX shares the same IP address as userxxx

Can we include a list of "whitelisted" IP address that belongs to VALVE Corp so this error stops flagging every player in the game? Valves IP Spaces: https://ipinfo.io/AS32590

Instead of doing checks based on Username, can we do it based on SteamID due to it flagging when a Player updates their name?
