add features for chatting and reading messages

Hello and thank you for great work. I need the bot to read messages and if the messages are based on the algorithm I gave it, send some messages on the channel, i know you are not going to develop this kind of feature so can you help me like how can i do this? how can i get messages from chat and send messages on chat, so i will be developing it myself i just need some hints and help. Thank You.
