I don't know if the bot by joining the chat can read the messages of other viewers.
But if he can, maybe it would be interesting if he detects 10 same messages (for example) that the bot automatically sends the same message on the chat.
this could be used for bursts where we need to write "!join" in the chat. or write a specific word for a giveaway.
