This shouldn't actually be hard, the entire stack should work on Windows and gnome-mpv does the right thing on the few x11/opengl bits.

You have complete and total access to `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`. If it is configured elsewhere that could fail.

In testing it works fine here.

I probably won't be signing them moving forward. I never used PGP outside of these releases and have long lost my keys.

Invalid UTF-8 should never exist in HexChat, so this would need more debugging on what the exact values in the user list are and how it got there.
