I am not able to download the file as the link provided for inpainting masks is not working can you provide me with the link from where I can download the data. Thanks Garv

Same issue. Try to paste the download link http://files.is.tue.mpg.de/tbolkart/FLAME/mask_inpainting.npz to the browser instead of directly clicking it. It seems to be related to the chrome's blocking。
