add support for multiple files

Hey thanks for this! Sounds like a good idea to add support for selecting multiple files in one go. I'm not sure about the quality of the feedback to the user in case they select files that are not compatible, but otherwise it looks good at first glance. I'll try to find some time to review and test this properly.
