404 links in readme

The shields at the top of the readme are linking to pages that don't exist. The relevant badges are for the code of conduct, license, and "maintained".

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click all the badges in the readme
2. See 404 errors

🎯 Expected behaviour

Badges should link to pages that exist. Alternatively, you could just display the badges without a link.
