Not connecting to WiFi anymore

Expected behavior
Should continue to work as expected / normal
Actual behavior
Was working nicely since weeks. Had to power-down power-up today and since then no connection to WiFi possible anymore.
In the past it randomly / seldom was necessary to boot a second time for getting an IP Address, but now no connection to WiFi even after many attempts and also not possible after uploading program again.
Router is a FritzBox and a TPLink Access Point

...additional information: after a while leaving it seraching for WiFi it does register and work as expected. However time for registering to WiFi takes some time (~10 to 15 mins?)
