Add feature Hotspot if no known wifi

Hello,

I would love to have the very common functionality to have the device broadcast a wifi hotspot if the saved wifi is not discovered after x minutes. You can connect to a minimal webinterface to change/use/save different wifi credentials.

Is this possible to implement? Thanks
