gravhosting.com / ezscale.cloud etc is one basically 99% of server hosts that don't use virtualizor it doesn't work netplan is the standard
Any found solution to this ? Any workaround for netplan ?

And what's the problem? Today I bought server with Netplan on gravhosting.com and tested script on it, everything works great. Which "netplan support" do you need?
