Migrate to SDL/examples/ folder

There are now examples in the main SDL repo, so let's move to that system so it can get merged along with the API!

This is partially blocked by #13, but it's probably also helpful to know how they set up the examples boilerplate ahead of time in case we have to screw around with our existing framework.
