Upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.1.10 results in case information gone

Problem Description

Had an issue in v.4.0.1 where all of the case attachments returned a "attachment not found" when trying to download the file. Found a bug fix saying this was patched in version 4.1.2, so decided to upgrade to the latest version. After the upgrade and adding the /index directory for Lucene. All of the cases are now gone from the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run v4.0.1 with some cases created
2. Add the /index directory for Lucene to work
3. Upgrade to v4.1.10
4. All previous data gone
