Program Download

Hello, I would like to try an utilize this program for grading my FITS images, but It is unclear to me where/how to get a copy downloaded and installed. Is there a help file somewhere?

Looks like there's a release available here: https://github.com/TheCyberBrick/FITS-Rating-Tool/releases/tag/v0.1.0

Not sure how up to date it is though.
