Allow setting an alarm when window switching exceeds a particular rate

Allow to set an alarm(pre-defined/audio-file?) upon

• switching >X number of windows

• within <Y number of seconds

  ( also what about triggering when below a minimum rate of switching windows? )

Display a System Modal dialog box when alarm is triggered.

• Display reason for alarm (i.e. which N windows, during which time-period, failed which condition)
• Ask for auto-rearm in the modal dialog box.
• Remember last alarm setting values.

Potential corner-cases:

• Reset "Status Counter" in main window upon setting this alarm.
• Allow time (30s/configurable?) starting from setting the alarm before it is armed.
