[IDEA]: Discord select menu support

As you might know, discord recently came out with a select menu feature for bots. (https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403375759255-Bots-Select-Menus )

Basically, bots can use select menus, so it’s easier for users to answer bot questions. My idea request is for bastion to use this for setup commands. For example: Server owner: #!autoroles add Bastion: please select a role from the menu below [Bastion then uses a menu of all available roles for the owner to select easier]

Yeah, select menus, buttons, and slash commands. All of them will be integrated to Bastion as soon as discord.js 13's stable version is released.
