vanillara oil well bug

Hi, i'm using latest prerelease of vanillara with retail data files, set up the game according to vanilla conquer wiki (main.mix files are from ra+cs+am discs and a few other is from 3.03 patch).

There is a bug with damaged oil wells, the burning/flaring animation stops and then reappear, or maybe animation timing is off. Its a small thing, but noticeable, can be also seen in allies mission #1.

This is by far the best experience to play legacy ra on modern systems, so keep up the good work.

Can confirm this. The smoke and fire animation stops and resumes playing constantly.

Once the structure is damaged the animation should play continously.
