Bringing the night mode button at proper position in courses page.

Description

The Night Mode button inside the Courses page is not at the right position. I will bring it at the top right corner of the page.

I am contributor at GSSOC'22. Please assign this issue to me.

Hey @Siddhesh777 ,I have assign you this issue but look @Siddhesh777 i want you to fix the few more bugs in it : 1.Changing the text size of the description. 2.Changing the position of the toggle.
