Image from the Warcry 0.6 Map shows that the Shopname is The Seven Deadly Venoms. (Currently The Five Deadly Venoms) Jasper Fel and Sloan Mccoy (IDs1325;1326) Are probably vendors in the Shop. Currently they are spawned at the Barracks.

I agree on renaming the shop but not on moving the NPCs.

Reasoning: in 0.5.3 the shop was clearly not completed as the vendors were located outside the barracks at dedicated market stalls. It feels natural for them to be located there at this point in time. As the barracks weren't remotely "done" either the vendors got likely moved into their - then renamed - shop when the designers got around to completing Old Town.

Renaming the shop however makes sense. The old name is likely a reference to the Seven Deadly Sins while the new one is a reference to a "cult 1978 martial arts film" (Wikipedia). Considering how many pop cultural references Blizzard crammed into WoW it's more than likely some designer renamed the shop later on because he liked referencing the film more.
