Limited Stock on vendors doesn't work.

Describe the bug Items that are supposed to be limited stock (potions, pieces of gear, recipes etc.) can be purchased from vendors as many times as you want, even though there are numbers in brackets next to the items indicating their stock should be limited.

Steps to reproduce

1. Find any vendor that has limited stock items.
2. Purchase any limited stock item and you will see that you can buy as many of the item as you want.
3. ...

Expected behavior Limited stock items should only be purchasable a set number of times before you have to wait for the item to respawn on the vendor, as indicated by the number set in brackets next to the items in question.

Just glancing at it, limited stock still needs implemented it checks for the max items sold but doesnt do anything else with it as far as i can tell
