Buff does not appear top right of the screen

Describe the bug Sometime buff icon choose to not appear near the mini-map, in the picture the buff is apply but not the icon and no i didn't got a debuff that i know cause this sometime.

EDIT: Two things, first my bad i did get a debuff from Defias Trapper with their net and second i finded out that my other buff still work well. (added a second picture)

Steps to reproduce

1. Don't know what could be the trigger.

Expected behavior Icon of ''Holy word: Fortitude'' appear when the spell is casted.
