On Talents tab Requires text doesn't update on talents with no requirements

Description A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select a unavailable talent
  2. Select a talent that doesn't require anything, usually rank 1's

Expected behavior Do not show requires text if talent doesn't require anything

I investigated this long time ago and it seems to be a client related issue.

Grender's screenshot is 0.5.5, they probably have fixed it by then.

Here's a screenshot from 0.5.3 (GenCon 16.12.2003). It seems that it worked like that aswell during this convention. Seems blizzlike.
