Key events out of order

Copy and paste some text into a Textual app with devtools connected and note that the ordering is incorrect.

The first letter and last letter are correct. There are a couple of different combinations for the letters in between.

I've stumbled upon the same issue (I guess) by checking out the css branch and pasting text into the first field (tested there since it doesn't do autocompletion).

That's not necessarily the case in my experience.

It seems like the pasted text is handled character by character in an async fashion resulting in a different letter-order on each paste.
