its this possible in blender? i have mediapipe running with my webcam and tracking my hands, i just need to transfer the x,y,z coordinates of the hand landmarks to the hand rig on blender, how would i go about doing something like this? been looking on google for similar things to get started but havent found anything helpful. would love some help Thanks!
