Suggestion: Create a Docker image to update env on any project language

A while ago I created this repository https://github.com/coisa/env-diff with the intention to consume this library in a NodeJS project, without the need to install a composer structure or the PHP binary for that.

Another idea is to compile this library into a .phar file, but in this case, we will still be needing a PHP binary installed on the server.
