[Idea] Shorts spam videos skipper/remover

I equally watch normal videos and shorts and when i watch shorts suddenly some spammer with 0 subscribers pops up with a video asking for subscribe/ stolen video/ choose which you want (like or subscribe bait). they post the same video 1000+ times making them easily detectable
