Ability to customize the URL

Currently, the URL is hardcoded to piped.kavin.rocks, which makes it impossible to use for those selfhosting.

It'd be great if this could be configured, ideally without having to recompile the extension (ie at runtime)

I really advice to use LibRedirect. The custom instances feature is already there. I can help here and make a pull request having that code, but it just wont make sense. @FireMasterK I'm sorry, I know I'm promoting myself here, but I really think that one extension that acts like a hub is better than an extension for every other frontend. Piped-Redirects is just too basic and there's not much you can do with it.

I realize that @ManeraKai is the creator of the LibRedirect plugin, but having just installed it, it really does look like a great solution
