Feature description
I would like the ability to display subtitles in two languages at the same time.
Why do you want this feature?
I use this for languages I speak almost fluently, but still need the subtitles to sometimes understand a word or to get the translation.
Currently I use the Dualsub Chrome Extension with Kiwi Browser. It's very slow because I have to use desktop mode. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dualsub/gnlibmlfpencglodjpgnalbdebfhpmfp?hl=en

When playing English movies in many non-English speaking countries, dual subtitles is literally how a movie displayed at the cinemas. In the early days, the people who develops subtitle-related programs and software don't know there are needs for dual subtitles, some video distributors have to use hard-coded subtitles to implement it.
Best way would be let the one who make the subtitle render-ers know about this first, instead of do it in some app that just includes the video player and subtitle render-er.
Currently I use the https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/youtube-dual-subtitles/hkbdddpiemdeibjoknnofflfgbgnebcm Chrome Extension with Kiwi Browser, It supports font color selection for each language
This would be great. There is an android app named lingotube that does something like this but, I think it would be better for newpipe to support this. I wonder how difficult or easy it might be to add this sort of functionality.

You can put hundreds of languages in a .srt file, you just need to select the languages you want to display at the same time.
