Rider CodeStream window does not render properly after switching resolutions

After switching from an external monitor with lower resolution, to one with larger resolution, the plugin window does not re-scale its content properly. image

@PatrickSvenssonSL - This appears to be an issue with JetBrain's JCEF webview rendering. We'll bring it up with them, but I wanted to let you know that it's a bit out of our hands so we won't have much control over if/when/how it gets resolved.
