Clubhouse Integration - Move clubhouse story/issue to in progress from CodeStream

Clicking an issue and pressing create/switch to branch and start work (from the CodeStream tab) currently does not affect the related issue in Clubhouse.

It would be nice if starting work on a Clubhouse issue from CodeStream would automatically move it to in progress (or let us choose a state to move it to) in Clubhouse through their API.
