Feature Request: Via one-click (or keyboard shortcut) commit and push with default message

Long story short, I had to push 40-50 times to finally get the environments right. It was painful going 
through the steps over and over. So yeah, a one-click (or one kb shortcut) to do all of that would 
have been helpful.
When I mentioned a default message, I was thinking of the plugin in Pycharm which simply puts 
in the name of the file(s) being modified (iirc).
