Feature: [Kotlin] - Splash Screen Activity for native_kotlin/template

Please Create a splash screen for the application within the native_kotlin/retrofit folder.

Splash screen should cover the full screen, the application should open to the splash screen, display it for a few seconds then move on to the next activity.

Splash screen is of your choosing but try to make it look professional :D Look at other applications for inspiration. Here is a great resource Freepik- For providing awesome gradient pictures.
