Download emulators, if not present

Hi there 🙂

I like to utilize Daijishō to download emulators preconfigured from my server.

As I see that you are using Python, I feel like thr ideal solution is to put it in code, rather than launching a script, that does that (I would also feel more comfortable with Python than Bash)

Do you guys want such functionality?

Otherwise, I would probably soft fork Daijishō or hook into it otherwise.

Do you have any ideas?

(It's planned to put this functionality into GammaOS, an Ambernic 505 and 405m community OS, based on Lineage.)
